Charley Burgen graduated from Transition Options in 2021. He started his Work-Based Learning experience in the summer of 2019 when MARVA offered its first Summer Work Program. Charley excelled in his customer service skills. Putting a smile on the face of his customers and teammates through kind and encouraging words was his mission. This quality was quickly noticed by the Walmart store manager at our local Neighborhood Market where you will now find Charley working as a cart attendant.

Dustin Miles graduated from Transition Options in 2022. After just 1 year, he quickly excelled in the program. Dustin started his Work-Based Learning experience in MARVA’s summer program prior to his senior year in high school. This allowed him to walk in with confidence when the fall semester started. His confidence landed him a job at 10Box in Russellville just before he graduated.
